A website that looked finished and that Google could not read
G&N builds commercial, residential and healthcare projects across Central Florida — including ICRA work inside hospitals that never close. Their site looked the part. Underneath, a search engine saw one sentence.
The problem
Their website had started life as an exported design. To a visitor it looked finished — good photography, clear services, three languages. Underneath it was a single 21.7MB HTML file: six sections and three languages all served from one web address, with every word of the copy held inside JavaScript.
That meant two things. A search engine or an AI assistant asked to recommend a contractor in Orlando saw roughly one sentence of text. And there was nothing to rank for any specific service or any specific language, because there was no separate page to rank.
What we built
We rebuilt it in Astro, keeping the design pixel for pixel and changing everything underneath.
- Eighteen real pages. Every section in every language got its own address, so each one can rank on its own.
- The design, untouched. Verified page by page: same rendered height, between 0.10% and 1.96% pixel difference against the original.
- Built to be read. Structured data as a single connected graph, a plain-language summary for AI assistants, machine-readable versions of every page, and their verified Google listing linked in.
- Content in data files. Changing a line of text no longer means editing HTML — which is why they can maintain it themselves.
The result
Each page now carries 800 to 1,100 words a crawler can read before any script runs, where before there was almost nothing. Bing, Yandex, Seznam and Naver all accepted the new URLs immediately.
The site runs on their own domain and their own hosting account, with no monthly fee to us and nothing tying them to us. And because they asked to be able to maintain it themselves, they do: they have already published their own changes, including a full blog post in three languages.
An excellent experience working with Augro Agency. They helped us improve the G&N Builders Group LLC website and take it to another level, achieving a result that is far more professional, modern, and in line with the image we want to project as a company. But beyond the final result, we especially want to highlight the attention, guidance, and support throughout the whole process. They were always available to listen to our ideas and to guide us at every stage. We are very satisfied with the work done and we definitely recommend Augro Agency.

A site can look finished and still be invisible to Google and to AI assistants. The diagnostic tells you which one you have, and it is free.
