Who we are

AUGRO Agency ("AUGRO", "we") is a digital agency based in Orlando, Florida, run by Francisco Lopez. If you have any question about this policy, write to [email protected] or call +1 (321) 315-0114.

What we collect

What you give us.

• The contact form: your name, email, phone, the service you are interested in and your message.
• The free diagnostic: your business name, website, industry, your answers, your name, your email and, if you add it, your phone.
• When you book a call: your name, email, phone and the answers to the booking questions.
• Anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or phone.

What is collected automatically.

• Google Analytics records which pages you visit, your device and browser, your approximate location and how you reached the site. It uses cookies to do this.
• Your browser stores how you arrived at the site: the ad or campaign you clicked (campaign tags and click IDs from Google or Meta), the first page you landed on and the website that sent you. It is kept for up to 90 days and is sent along with your form, so we know which channel brought you.
• Your browser also remembers your language choice (English or Spanish).

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule calls and prepare your diagnostic or quote.
• To deliver the work you hire us for.
• To understand which pages, searches and ads bring us inquiries, and improve them.
• To keep the site secure and filter spam.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we use to run the business, and only for the purposes above:

• Web3Forms, which delivers the forms on this site to our inbox.
• Cal.com and Google Calendar, for booking calls.
• Google, for analytics (Google Analytics) and email (Google Workspace).
• Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site.
• Airtable, where we keep track of inquiries and clients.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there.

We may also share information if the law requires it. If we start running ads on Google or Meta, we may use their measurement tools to learn whether an ad led to an inquiry. We will update this policy before adding any new tool.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Clearing this site's data in your browser also removes the stored visit information described above. The site keeps working either way.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the work requires and as tax and legal obligations demand. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months at most.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
